From Austria frost to Mauritius light — for me, a winter essential is escaping to somewhere warm. That’s why this month’s motif reflects a double Yin and Yang: the contrast between quiet, snowy dawns versus the long-awaited light that recharges the soul and the duality of vulcanic rock and turquoise waters.
Coastal pulse
The largest piece of this drop — and the anchor of the collection.
Aerial perspective. Raw earth meeting luminous turquoise water.
Heavy texture against fluid movement.
Depth and clarity in one frame.
This painting was inspired by the coastline of Mauritius seen from above — the volcanic browns cutting into the ocean’s intense blues. But emotionally, it reflects something wider: contrast, balance, coexistence.

Mini Landscapes
My home. The city I love returning to.
Frosty Salzburg is about that quiet winter light along the river, the softened outlines of the old town, the calm that settles over everything when snow absorbs the noise. The fortress watching from above, the water moving steadily below — even in the cold, there is flow. This piece is my way of holding that familiar February stillness on canvas.

A few minutes from the city, you’re surrounded by raw nature, silent hills, and unreal skies. Whether it’s Maria Plain, Hellbrunn, or any other nearby spot, I can’t help but admire this Austrian beauties.

We’ve made it through the harshest part of winter! The days are growing longer, the sun feels warmer. Next month will be all about nature waking up and coming back to life.
Happy weekend,
Andrada

This is so beautifully written and deeply felt, chica! I love how these two works speak to each other like a gentle ”Yin and Yang”: the warmth and light of Mauritius paired with the quiet poetry of snowy Salzburg. So different, yet perfectly balanced. You capture not just landscapes, but emotions: escape and return, movement and stillness. Experiencing your world through these pieces is truly moving, love it gorgeous 🤍✨
